But I don't think it will be really functional to begin with. I stay away from "aggressive and imposing" opting instead for sleek, modest and flowing with the original Z body lines. The following two designs make the Z look much stouter. If a diffuser is a must, I like the smoother approach:
But in all reality, I think I would just as easily go for something more stock looking, keeping the smooth lines intact:
The exhaust is at a bit of an awkward position as you stated, and for the diffuser, it must either be oversized or undersized compared to stock Ferrari diffusers. IMO, Nismo Kids design is too aggressive and doesn't flow with the Zs stock body lines:
 I don't want to bash his design, as I believe it would look decent, I would just prefer something sleeker for my Z. This is the reason I haven't bought a rear bumper, because nothing too modest keeping the smooth Z body lines has been designed yet.
